Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password: 

1. Click the “Sign In” link on the top menu bar 

1. Click the “Forgot your Password?” link 

1. Enter your email address 

1. Click “Reset Password” 

1. You will receive an email with a 6 digit PIN 

• Enter the 6 digit PIN from the email on the password reset page 
• Or, use the “Click here to reset your password” link in the email 

1. Create and verify your new password 

1. Click “Submit Password Reset”
