Step 1: Go to Contacts on the side bar. (Note before you start: Make sure that your message template is a sequence)
Step 2: Be sure to choose the correct list that you are wanting to send your sequence to. 
Step 3: At the bottom of the page, change "amount per page" to 50. If it is at 100 per page it might glitch out
Step 4: Check the top left square marking all 50 contacts on the list. 
Step 5: Click "More" on the menu that pops up after checking all the contacts.
Step 6: Click "Enroll in Workflow"
Step 7: Drop down menu will appear. Find the sequence that you are trying to send
Step 8: Click Enroll. You will do the same steps for EACH page if there is more than 50 contacts.
