Shopping list

A shopping list is a list of items and quantities that allows you to order a group of items quickly. Ordering like this is helpful if you offer a particular job or service that always requires the same items. 

To access the Shopping Lists page, click My Account on top of the page and on the left under the Manage Account you will find the Shopping Lists. 

 

WORKING WITH EXISTING LISTS 

  • Shoppers must be logged in to add items to shopping lists. 
  • Choose an existing shopping list from the drop-down list. 
  • You can export a shopping list to Excel by clicking the Excel icon at the top. 
  • You can search by using PO#, Order# or Web Reference# then click enter. You can search by using PO#, Order# or Web Reference# then click enter. 
  • You can remove an item from a shopping list by clicking "Remove From List" button. 
  • To add an item to a list, navigate to the item on the website:• From the item results list, enter the quantity to add next to the desired item and click the “Add Item to List” button found at the bottom of the list. The website will take you to the My Shopping Lists screen to select the appropriate list from the drop-down list of existing shopping lists. Then click “Add” The shopping list will open with the new item added. 
  • To purchase an item from a shopping list, click "Add this item to cart" button on the right of the item column. 

 

CREATING A NEW SHOPPING LIST 

This section contains information about the services Airline offers. First, click on the word “Services” on the Main Menu bar, grouping our services into three types: Repair & Field Services, Engineered Systems Assemblies, and Plant Services. Or, move the cursor over the word “Services” on the Main Menu bar to activate the drop-down menu, which provides a second method of navigating this section. 

  • To create a new list, give the list a name in the “Add new list” field, and then click “Save”. 
  • The new list will initially be empty, but you can add items to this or any other existing list by clicking the “Add Item to List” button at the bottom of item results lists, item detail pages, or shopping carts (if logged in). 
  • By default, when a shopper creates a shopping list, that list is only visible to him. However, you may share a shopping list with any other shopper who logs in with your same customer code by checking the box “Share”.
