Checking out

After you fill a shopping cart with an order, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button to make the purchase. The website will take you to the Shipping & Billing Information page. 

  • First, select a shipping method from the drop-down list.  NOTE: The Shipping Methods list only shows the most popular shipping methods. Contact Airline’s Customer Service Department once the order has been submitted to request a different shipping method. 
  • If you want to use a collect account, click the checkbox after selecting the shipping method from the drop-down list. Then enter your collect account number in the “Collect Account Number” field once the checkbox has been activated. 
  • Next, enter your shipping information. Logged-in customers can use the drop-down list to select an address associated with their account. Or you may enter a new address. IMPORTANT: If logged in, the First Name, Last Name, and Email address fields will auto-populate with the information associated with the logged-in account. For example, www.airlinehyd.com will send the order confirmation to the e-mail address in this field. Change these fields as necessary. 
  • Shoppers not logged in must pay by credit card. Click the checkbox to auto-fill the Billing Information with the Shipping Information. Logged-in shoppers will see a Payment Information section, where they can pay by Credit Card or Invoice. Note: The “Billing Information” area is only available to shoppers who are paying by credit card since our system has already set up billing information for invoiced customers. Contact credit@airlinehyd.com if billing information needs to be changed. 
  • The Notes area allows you to enter special instructions or notes regarding the order. 
  • The order details are shown at the bottom of the page. After reviewing it and the Order Summary at the top of the right-hand column and applying a valid Promotional Code (if available), click the “Continue Checkout” button. 
  • If paying by credit card, the website will take you to the next page, where you enter your credit card information. 
  • Finally, the website will take you to the Submit Order page, which displays a summary of your order. Click “Submit Order” to have the order entered into our system for processing, or click “Exit Checkout” to return to the Shopping Cart.
