Can the controller configuration software (LEC-W2) be downloaded from the homepage?

This cannot be downloaded from the homepage. The controller configuration software (CD-ROM) is sold in a set along with the cable required for connecting the PC to the controller. The model number is LEC-W2 (current as of January 2014).
